I'm a looking into placing an early Chevy cab & nose on my 85 K30 4x4 frame. I would like to find out how wide is the normal width of these trucks. I need the outside edge to outside edge of the stock tires. Also, how much more fender overhang from outside edge of tire to outside edge of fenders. I am looking at any trucks from 41 to 53, trucks 1 ton & up. If you post a measurement please list what truck it came from and if you have stock tires. Thanks

What make, year, & series truck are you going to use the cab, & front clip from. A '47-'54 GMC 450,or 470 series will have the widest front axle track, but will also have larger, wider fenders, than a 1 1/2, or 2 ton Chevy, or 300, & 350 series GMC.

I am open to whatever fits as long as it is a CHEVY and it is 53 and below. I need to tuck up 80 inches of axle & tire (outside edge measurement) to make it look right. I only own the 85 right now and it seems the big bolts are still out there and cheap.
