It seems almost impossible to align the fenders, 2 pc. grill, inner panels, filler pieces, lower valance and everything else if putting it together one at a time since there are dozens of screws and bolts. thanks mh

Would be pretty difficult to mount entire assembly without marking paint I would think. With mine, I assembled radiator / cowl first, then fenders, then top hood, side hoods.
