This is a great resource for a rebuild! I have a 1952 Chevy Pickup that I am hot roddin'. I know this may be sacrilige to some of you, but I live in a large City where a restoration is a little dangerous to drive. (Lots of small cars with disc brakes and such)
I grafted a 1987 Vette front and rear end, 350 and 700R4 from the '87, moved the gas tank to the rear, and went with 10' and 8" ralley wheels.
Just got it back from the paint shop and am starting reassembly and wiring.

Hi Kevin,Welcome.
I'm like you. I've also made a few concessions to driving in the modern world.
Don't worry about the 'Ricers' they'll just be like bugs on your bumper! grin
How about some pics?
