I was (and still am, actually) in the same predicament on my '40. I ended up buying another grille off of a '40. It wasn't in any better condition than my original one, but I figured I could make one out of two. I sent both grilles to a recommended shop but they said they couldn't do it. So it's up to me now to make it work.
To answer your question, though, there aren't any repops being made of that grille. Not enough of them out there to justify it I guess. Keep in touch and we'll see if we can come up with a plan.
