The vacuum inlet and outlet holes on the fuel pump might be in different places/orientations on different double action (dual action) fuel pumps. The inlet/outlet might be labelled but some pumps have no labels near the inlet/outlet. Also, different pumps might have different words as labels. So, it is hard to give an answer for your specific pump.
However, check the results of these searches for examples of how people have plumbed their double/dual action fuel pumps. The good news is that you can test the few possible combinations to see which one works (and you cannot harm anything, if you are wrong).
In general, a pipe/hose runs from the (wiper motor) vacuum fitting on the intake manifold to a fuel pump vacuum line fitting; and, another pipe/hose is run from the other fuel pump vacuum line fitting to the vacuum wiper motor.

Simplicity leads to reliability.

There is are two vacuum taps into the intake just below the carburetor. One of them has a hose from the breather pipe and the other is unused. I assume that unused tap can be used for the wipers. If I am in error on that please set me straight. thanks, Jerry | | |
