Question 2: Is the factory radio a super rare and valuable item? Thank you for your time and advice!

If you can find an orig. one, grab it. Mostly all of the used ones out there will need new plastic. All the parts dealers sell the re-face kits. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 422 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 422 | | | | | | Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 9,115 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 9,115 | There are Canadian radios that look completely different than the more common AD radio. Does it say GM Auto radio on it anywhere? Also, is there a model number?

How long did it take you to complete it? I will go to the shop in the morning and look at my radio to see what brand it is and a model number.

Have you looked behind the washers to see if they modified the dash? If so, and you want to keep the radio, it should be fairly simple to rebuild. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 422 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 422 | >> How long did it take you to complete it? <<
