With the bit of searching I've done, I understand the cab related parts interchange between the pickups and big bolts, yet the front clip (fenders/hood) is different. Wouldn't the headlights be the same though, along with the grille? What about the trim along the hood sides?
Thanks.

Hi oakandiron,
Correct, the headlights are the same. The fenders are what is different. On a big bolt, the fenders are much bigger, to accommodate the larger wheels & tires. Also the the lower splash pan below the grille is different and the radiator support as well.
The cab, hood, Grille & lights are the same for both a pickup & a big bolt.

One other point: C O E head light bullets are the same on each side, conventional trucks have a right and left.
