The rubber is delaminating from the rear cab mounts. Can these be replaced?

It is the frame mounts for the cab right? If so yes those can be replaced..bit of of pain to do but do-able none the less, just a matter of finding good bushings..not sure if you can find polyurethane ones for it but that would be my choice.

you have to send them in to be done . www.steelerubber.com
or you can put on the 1/2 frame bracket and use those mounts(1/2t)

...and I can help you with the C10 style frame-to-cab perches, if you decide to go that route.

I also have a few good, used pairs of the C20/C30 rear frame-to-cab perches, if you decide to stay with the factory-correct assembly.
