If so yes those can be replaced..bit of of pain to do but do-able none the less, just a matter of finding good bushings..not sure if you can find polyurethane ones for it but that would be my choice.

I also have a few good, used pairs of the C20/C30 rear frame-to-cab perches, if you decide to stay with the factory-correct assembly.
