It would be a good test of my welding skills! Has anybody done this? whizzerick | | | | | Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 | Yes, they are doable. Clifford sells kits. They will burn out faster if they are not ceramic coated, however.

I was just sittin and thinking I'd make me up a set of headers for my 305E V-6. My truck is on the road right now (woo-hoo!) and I don't have the time now to take it down and get measurements on the ports and flanges and such. This is a a '64 longbed with 69,000 original on it. I've been driving it for two years. I say I don't have time because, well I just changed the oil pan gasket not to long ago, and ya'll know how exhaust bolts that are 40 years old are. None of the flange bolts came off in one piece. Anyhow, I was hopin somebody had a set off and could do some measuring for me, or had a busted set I could pick up. Thanks, and I don't mind paying for your time. Prefferably with swappin.
