guys,
My 68 c-10 has a 73 front suspension on it to upgrade it to a discbrake system. Now I need a 5 lug rearend to go with the 5 lug frontend. Will the 73 rearend work? I know that the rear suspension on a 73 is a learspring setup and my 68 is a track arm setup. I think that all I would have to do is to cut and reweld my mounting brackets and remove the shock mounts. What do you guys think? Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

Zenish is right, and correct on the width. I did the swap on my 68 C20 last year. Since I had leaf it was cloaser to a direct bolt in. I still have to finish the shock mounting.

Zenish,
I couldn't find the rearend conversion on earlyclasic's site. All I found was the axle conversions. Where exactly is it at on the site?
