I working on the distibutor from my '54 3100. The cent. adv. springs don't look all that great. Anyone know where to buy new springs? Don

You might try your local auto parts store. Sometimes they have little bins of them that might make it easy to match up. Speed shops will carry them, but you'll need to bring one with you there also.

You might give OBSOLETE CHEVROLET PARTS CO a call sometimes they have parts like that... They had the small springs for my 6 V generator...

I picked a new Distributor up from ROCKAUTO1954 CHEVROLET TRUCK 3.9L 235cid L6 : Ignition : Distributor A-1 CARDONE Part # 301609 Reman; Point Type it fit right in with no problems...

I really like the Rockauto site, Obsolete not bad also. First I think I'll try some of older parts stores in town. Thanks, Don
