I just removed the door hinges from the cab. I had to use the angle grinder on some of the bolts. Also, the cages nuts that the door hinges bolt into are shot. Anyone know where to get replacements for the caged nuts? Do I need to make them? Where can I get the bolts?

Mar-K has them #110683 about 2 bucks ea, not sure about bolts but one of the suppliers will have them .... or you could use some Ford ones, same thing .... either way, some of those are hard/impossible to weld in with opening up some panel

Great, I found them on the site! MAR-K is kind of expensive. The Ford ones are pretty cheap.

McMaster has these too, http://www.mcmaster.com/#captured-nuts/=9mxjh9 They don't have as much adjustment as the originals, so if you use them, be sure to weld them on right the first time.

Thanks. I haven't written off MAR-K. My Dad lives in Del City and my Mom in Edmond. It may be cheaper to get them to pick them up and mail them to me.
