I'd like to get the original steel wheels for my 1958 3100 straightened up before blasting and re-painting. They aren't in bad shape - just a few dents/bends on the outer lips. Any suggestions? Places like wheel works quote 125 per wheel just for the straightening - seems excessive!

Try a machine shop in your local area. Look in the yellow pages and give them a call. Tell them what you want and get a price.
