I am getting ready to put my refreshed 235 into my 1946 Chevy Stylemaster Sedan. The originally had a 216. I ordered a set of motor mounts off ebay for a 235. What arrived was far different from what "fell off my motor." The old ones are so badly mangled I cant even figure out how they go back into the engine compartment. They were covered in grease when I removed the engine and fell off sometime while I was ripping the old motor out. Does anyone have any pictures of what the correct motor mounts for this swap look like, where I can find a set, and how i reinstall them.
thanks,
Dan

Is the 235 front plate being used? it may need to be drilled to accept the 1946 216 mounts. Also, is the 216 bellhousing being used? I did not see an illustration in the Shop Manual , but there are instructions. Hoyt
