I have a 1943 Chevy Fire Truck with a 216 Engine. I need a new water pump. I have removed the old one and found that it has a 3/4" pulley. I'm having a super hard time finding one to replace the old. I have found one that is out of stock with no known arrival date. I can also find lots of them with the standard 5/8 pulley. Any help on what I might can do to resolve my problem? The pulley is attached to the water pump so I cant change it?

Can you find someone who can rebuild your pump? Sometimes that's the only way to deal with super-scarce parts. What sort of problem does your existing pump have? If it's leaking, there's a mechanical seal that could be changed and the old pump could be reinstalled. Water pumps and fuel pumps used to be rebuilt pretty routinely by repair shops.

Edit: A quick web search turned up these guys- - - -give them a call or an email.

Its not leaking that I know of. I bought this truck that already been restored but the guy I bought from had passed away in 2007 so the truck just sat in a airplane hanger and hasnt been run since then. I think that it just rusted and froze up? I have removed it but I cant even remove the 2 screws from the backside to get inside it to see if maybe I can free it up and clean to reuse.

Try immersing it in a container of Diesel fuel for a while, even a few days. It won't hurt it to do that, and you might save yourself the cost of a rebuild job.
