Wondering if anyone knows if and where wheel spacers are available for 1.5 tons. I want to put 19.5 inch wheels in place of 20.s. I need to go from a 4.75 hole to a newer wheel with a 5.25 bore. Thanks for any info

They are custom made, you turn them out on a lathe.
I have never seen them offered for sale.

Before you decide on 19.5" wheels first test fit one on both the front and the rear of your truck, don't need the wheel center bushing to test fit.
If they fit over your brakes then continue as planned and have the bushings made. If they don't fit then reevaluate your plan.

While were on the subject of wheels, cause I haven't found any 20 inchers yet.

That 19.5 idea sounds good, there's only 1/2 in difference, but the thing I think looks a bit strange is the tire.

Are there any 83 0r 80 series tires out there in 19.5 ?

Seems like all 19.5 tires I've seen are low profile which is why I think they appear a bit strange when put on an older truck which had a taller tire in it.

The tallest 19.5" you can get without being ridiculously wide is an 8R19.5 at about 32-33" tall.
They still look a little small/odd, but not as bad as the more common low profile tires.

The 1/2" difference in diameter isn't the problem- - - -it's the drop center on the rim for mounting the tire without a tube. The 20" wheels have a straight center that slips over the brake drum. The 19.5's probably won't have a big enough center hole below the drop center for the inside wheel to fit over the brake drum. When I swapped a GM 14-bolt rear end into my Ford F-350 I ended up having to run tube-type wheels as inside duals because the brake drum diameter was not compatible with the Ford tubeless rims! Check it to be sure before you commit to the wheel swap!
