Well I'm going with a 235 for next year ,I have a 235 in the garage that I started to pull apart so I can get the block over to the engine shop with the head and crank to start the work on ,My question is what carb to use I don't want to use the Mod.B that came with it. the engine is a 55 ,235 with 848 head and hyd lifters ,I want to keep the engine stock ,but would like to put a good carb on her ,I installed a W1 on My 216 and was very happy with the performance,so what do you think on a carb?

I have a Carter YF Model 2100S (manual choke) on a 235 that works well.
