If you try a few searches you will come up with some examples here.
Without a better idea what your purpose is in converting the truck its hard to give a specific answer.

In the process, I gained about 8" of alititude! A little too much for my needs, but I'm kind of stuck with it now. If I had to do it over again, I think I would put the body on a 4x4 chassis, and avoid the "engineering night mares".

Then I remembered. These trucks go just about anywhere, even in the snow. If you actually need 4WD, do you really want to go there with your truck????
I plan on using BF Goodrich Commercial T/A Traction tires. They are mud and sno rated with the mountain snowflake symbol which means severe weather use. They will look awesome and last a long time. Not the cheapest though. MADE IN USA! | | | | | Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 84 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 84 | Why not switch to a posi rear and chains? Trust me, you can go where ya need to without all that parasitic weight. Much easier to engineer too. dg | | |
