Hi All,
Not to sure if this should be posted here, but here it goes. Does anyone know of a good chrome shop in the LA area? One that is reasonably priced & does GOOD work?

Hi Fabguy. I had some bumper guards for my '36 Chevy pickup that were so deeply pitted from rust damage that I thought they were hopeless. I took them to Faith Plating in L A and what came back was unrecognizable. The parts looked absolutely perfect. This was over 10 years ago and I live in Northern Cal now where there is a lot of humidity for much of the year and the parts look like they did the day I picked them up.

Faith left my parts in the copper tank for a very long time to deposit enough copper that the pits filled in and buffing yielded a smooth surface.
