Does anyone have one of these installed on their stovebolt? It mounts directly to the block replacing the oil distributor valve cover. Looking for positive/negative comments on how it has held up under actual use. Thanks.

Unfortunately I never got to see my engine in one piece so I couldnt comment on how it works. Do you have any pics of yours installed? Thanks

Never heard anything bad about them. I know a few guys that are running them. They don’t seem to have any trouble finding replacement cartridges at the local FLAPS. Eliminating the hoses and a direct route for the oil flow to the filter makes more sense to me. It’s easier to change the filter and clean the canister because the horn and fuel lines aren’t in the way. I’d like to find one for my truck but haven’t had any luck.
That said, if one is restoring for points then it’s incorrect and not a suitable stand-in for the AC accessory filter.

Thanks Denny, Think I'll go for it and install it. Other opinions I've got say they're solid & reliable. Mostly used on cars I believe.

Came across this in a search and I thought I'd add some part numbers for those using the block mounted InnerLine "Filtor"

NAPA part numbers for the InnerLine Filtor:
Gasket: 5062
(from #1080 NAPA Gold Filter)
Filter: 1010
