Any major problems installing a Chevy 261 into
a 1951 GMC pickup? Pickup now has a 228 GMC engine. The 261 is a 1957 model.

I am working on the same project.What I did is locate a canadian radiator core support and used a chevy front crossmember and it all falls in place.
