I understand the half ton 16 inch rims had 3 medium width stipes. I appreciate the help.

He would mount the wheel on a front spindle, and spin it with the brush applied to the right spot. He was so alcohol-addicted that it took about three drinks for him to get steady-handed enough to use the stripe brush, but once he was well-lubricated, he was a master at his craft! Jerry

Original wheel (now my spare). Original next to freshly powdercoated & striped wheel.

I am going to stripe them this weekend. I have used a Beugler tool for this on some other vehicles I have. If you ever need to do striping, it is really easy to get a good stripe with this tool. | | |
