I've got a great 66 GMC Carryall in really nice conditon
and can't find out much about the seats. The front
seats were apolstered some time in the past and in
great condition. The back seat looks like it should really be the 3rd seat cause it's wider than the middle should be. It does have a small, curved notch at the bottom of the back on each side? Should the back be straight & without the curved cut-out? Where is best place to find a middle seat?

Two seat burbs have a full width second seat and a cargo area in back, usually with fixed windows in that cargo section. Three seat burbs have a narrower second seat to allow passengers access to the rear seat, and also usually have two sets of sliding windows. You probably have the correct setup for how your truck was ordered.

Thanks for the info. Thinkin about your info. I believe mine was set up for two seats. I'm thinkin about puttin in sliders in the back and look to get the middle seat. Shouldn't be difficult as the tracks are already in the floor.

The seat install will be easy, finding a good middle unit... well, that's another story. Finding sliding window locks is a joke too. Good luck and have fun.
