I have a truck that was advertised as a 65, but after looking at the VIN, i believe it is a 66. Can someone verify this for me?

You would be correct it is a 66 according to the vin you have posted

Heh. Well, the good thing is that as far as I can tell the 65-66 models are exactly the same. Just makes me wonder why the seller thought it was a 65. Someone probably told him it was and he never checked it out.

66 also has a silver gauge bezel and gray dash.
