My '41 shop manual show tires sizes for all wheel sizes except 15 inch. Hannah came with 15 inch artillery wheels. I have always run 7.00 x 15 LT. what was the actual size available in the 40's. Universal Tire shows a 6.70 x 15. I am getting close to having a rolling chassis and want to know what to mount.

Unless you are going to be hauling I think 670x15 would be good. That would be a good driving size and would ride good.
