Once the frame is clean I was thinking of using rustoleum applied with a brush (to keep things economical) as my truck will be a working farm/logging truck. Has anyone used this process? and how has it performed? | | | | Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 53 Wrench Fetcher | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 53 | Hi Pappy, I used Eastwood's chassis black and their primer, applied with a brush. very happy with the results, the paint laid down nicely and looks sprayed on. Good luck! John

Some folks like to make a science out of painting frames but in your case I think you'll be very satisfied with the Rustolium. BTW, I used it on mine. | | | | Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 502 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 502 | Red primer, topcoat, two coats each, and you'll be good to go.
