There is a kit available that includes the brackets & adjustable panhard bar. I got mine from Classic parts. Good system. It takes some cutting & welding. It is specialy designed for 73-79 rear ends but can be used on any with that size tubes. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though.
