How much has to be done to swap a 1975 c-10 12 bolt with leaf springs into a 65 w/ coil springs .
I'd like to keep the coils if I can.

I just put one from a 69 into a 60. There is a kit available that includes the brackets & adjustable panhard bar. I got mine from Classic parts. Good system. It takes some cutting & welding. It is specialy designed for 73-79 rear ends but can be used on any with that size tubes.
