A new head and electronic ignition

I just replaced the head in my 1950, old one was cracked in #4 and #6 cylinders by the exhaust valves and have done the cold adjust. I put in the pertronix ignition and now find I have no spark, kit is 1167N6 which sould be correct. I had a spark with the points and condenser. Any ideas????

The pertronix system needs a pretty strong coil. Is yours good ? When I first installed mine it did not work with the old coil but it did work with a brand new coil. Once it works you will love it. perfect spark every time.
