Please Look the GRILL . There is dent vertically on the grill. I was reading about pick and file something like that. I cannot put any hammer or dolly to remove this dents. Can anyone suggest an idea to remove these dents. I dont know how much it will cost to remove these dents in the body shop also.

Any information is appreciated. And by the way grill is out of truck and blasted. I am not planning to take the grill apart as it is in perfect condition besides these dents. Looks like the guy who sold me hit a tree or something without realizing if the brakes are working. I have straight dent up to the hood and even the emblem is dented. The emblem is shiny but because of dent I had to drill out good looking clutch head screws to get to emblem.

Assembled or not, you will need a helper to hold it while you carefully hammer and dolly the dents. Although the process is similar to the ideas in the PICK AND FILE thread you have the luxury of working with slightly thicker metal that you can use filler on.

Use an anvil or clamp the dolly in a vice. You will need one hand for the hammer and the other for the "corking tool" and two hands to hold the grille so with two people that leaves you one hand short.

It's going to be slow going but you will get a LOT of satisfaction from restoring rather than replacing.
