I have a 1951 235 and was wondering what the signs are for replacing the pressure plate and clutch disc. I have them out of the truck right now and they both look pretty good. The teeth on the pressure plate are straight and in good shape and the clutch disc's surface looks alright too. When I put calipers on it, the thickness of the clutch disc is .35 inches (or 7/20). Is this ok? Please let me know if anyone has any info...

Was it working OK before you removed it. If the friction material is not down to the rivets, it will probably be OK.

The engine hasn't run since the 90's, so I have no idea. The friction material is in good shape and no where near the rivets.

I'm probably going to go ahead and replace it, but just out of curiosity, what is the thickness of a new clutch disc (the friction material)?
