My truck has the factory 230 w/rochester monojet. Im getting fuel to the carb and can fill the bowl but its not getting to the top end of the carb. Theres no fuel being delivered to the intake. Ive rebuilt it, and cleaned it really good. Everything was blown out, is there something I missed? Where would the fuel clog in the carb.

Not sure where its clogged, but the Model "B" is not a Mono-jet. Mono-jets are the next generation one barrels that came on the 250 and 292's.

Joe is right. The Monojet didn't come out till 68, but a PO could have put one on at one time. There is a filter behind the inlet nut. You say the fuel bowl is filling up. How about the float level. If the accel. pump is not pumping gas the check valve could be stuck or the piston is defective. Make sure the links to the accel. pump & metering rod are hooked to the bracket on the throttle shaft.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

The floats are set correct. The filter is now an external inline filter. Ill get another kit and replace the piston. All links are hooked up

I have two parts model b's, but they are different years. One has the idle vent adjust on top and one doesnt. The only difference seems to be the top bowl half and up, but the bottoms look the same. Would these carbs mate up and work?

They can be, but it might not run right! There were a lot of different changes made over the years, some work together, some don't.

With the engine cranking, hold your hand over the top and choke it real good, it might pull fuel that way. I would say clean it again using wires and pipe cleaners down every hole. You might take it to shop with a bigger air compressor then yours and have them blow it out.
