All those things you have listed are certainly required, but it also has to be happening at the proper time.
Did this just happen, or has the truck been worked on, and now won't start.
The standard items to check would be proper point gap, quality of rotor, cap and wires.
Clean plugs with correct gap, proper firing order and timing.
A clean, adequate supply of fuel to a functioning carburetor and proper valve settings.
If the truck just gave up the ghost all of a sudden, something failed. More sleuthing will be required.
If you have fire, fuel and compression, it should run, or at least backfire or pop.
I would check everything again. A red flag might pop up.
