Does anyone know if the 55-59 panel/burb roof is the same shape and width as the truck? I am working on an extended cab project and am thinking of using a roof section out of a panel in a truck. Also if anyone has a junk/parts panel/burb with a good roof section, see my ad in the parts wanted area. I really do not want to fab a roof skin from scratch. I just found out I have another child on the way and an out of room in a reglar cab truck
thanks
Shane

no it's not the same, different crown altogether because of the longer roof so the panel roof is slightly taller

thanks for the response. I guess I will have to section in pieces from two trucks or start making a panel. If only I had an English wheel and knew how to use it. Oh well at least I was able to cut up some doors for the side panels and window openings.
