I bought a brand new NOS Chevrolet Truck muffler recently and saw on the box it is for an 8cyl. motor. Since I have a 6 cyl. motor, can I still use it? The pipes and everything will fit, but everything is running so well, I hate to introduce any problems. I wondered about back pressure. Thanks.
