I'm looking for one to replace, without to much modifications. Has anyone purchased one that fits the original gas line correctly. | | | | Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 4,263 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 4,263 | | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 46 Wrench Fetcher | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 46 | Thanks, I just ordered one from Rockauto, they had the Spectra tank | | | | Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,644 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,644 | If you want one you better get it now, they only list two more in stock and Spectra doesn't even list it any more. | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 46 Wrench Fetcher | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 46 | I ordered one last night, $145.79 - 5% discount, today the price is $215.79, talk about inflation! | | | | Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 194 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 194 | Just bought and installed a tank from LMC for a 58 1/2 ton. Everything fit very easily change. LMC cost $149.95. Tank for the pre 53 costs the same. I think the difference is the pre 53 has a gravity feed and the post 54 has a pickup tube as part of the fank unit and fits in the top. good luck | | |
