I couldn't find this specifically with a search. '53 3100, do I need a copper washer between the front brake flex line and steel line? The new flex lines came with 2 washers but they seem to be too large for that connection.

Hy magfarm51, the copper washers are for a flat seal, such as where a line enters a wheel cylinder, or on each side of a banjo fitting connection to a wheel cylinder or master cylinder, the hard line to flex line connection is usually male to female flare, no washers, hope that helps.
