I removed it from another truck that I junked years ago. Are these rare? Does anyone have one on their truck? I need a close up picture of the actual switch that mounts on the bracket, as I have everything but the switch assy., and will need to retrofit some sort of switch. Can anyone help me out? Thanks! | | | | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 1,552 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 1,552 | With your e-mail address, I will send you a photo. | | | | Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 293 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 293 | I had a post in here awhile back about these. I have mine, but unfortunately the plastic guts in it are broke, and I managed to loose part of them. Someone responded with a switch thats available at Radio Shack, but after looking at one, it definately needs to be modified somehow. If someone has a location for these, I would also be interested. | | | | Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 2 New Guy | New Guy Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 2 | I have a four speed car transmition in my 64 with a Hurst shifter. I used switch # 7343K751 from McMaster-Carr. It is a 15 amp, spdt switch and I built my own bracket to mount it. Works great. | | |
