I tend to do that from time to time. Am going to paint my one ton flatbed - cab, doors, hood, & grill cape maroon; front fenders, 6 wheels, & running boards jet black. Looking at using a Single Stage Urethane. Any ideas on the volume of each color that I should purchase?
Also, same question for the interior...

Unless you're a pro at painting chances are you'll need extra to re-paint things. Black is black but if you need another quart or two of maroon it may not be an exact match and you could wind up regretting this false economy.
A quart should be way more than enough for the interior. | | |
