I am in the market for a 49, preferably one that is "done". Preferably one that has been "updated" (motor, disc brakes, A/C) Any idea what I may have to pay for one. I know there are lost of variables. I am in Northern California.

14,892 Chevrolet Suburbans (3106 & 3116) were produced in 1950 (about 3.5% of the total Chevrolet truck production for that year; 422,832 total truck production for the year). This is the only year for which I have seen production figures (A GM Factory Production Report For The 1950 Calendar Year).
If approximately 350,000 Chevrolet trucks were sold in 1949; and, 3.5% were Suburbans; then, there might have been approximately 12,250 Suburbans might have been sold in 1949. (total sales in each Advance-Design year has been reported in some magazine articles but these might not be correct)
