Doesn't seem to be any threads on the old crank pully shaft. I see directions on how to pull the hamrmonic ballancer but how does the pully itself stay put--rather how do I get the old one off ?----it has the manual start crank ears on this one and that's all I see.

Use a generic puller, thread the bolts into the two holes, place a 9/16 socket on the end of the crank (the hole between the hand crank lugs, the lugs are part of the balancer) to push against. It'll come right off. Use a BFH to reinstall.
