How often have we seen posts that deal with "will these tires fit? what will it look like?" It happens fairly frequently, in my opinion.

I'd like to suggest a sub-gallery for wheels. One "wall" of the gallery could be a collection of photos of the various Stovebolt series and tire sizes. For example, there might be a Task Force wheel gallery that shows 6.5 x 15s, 7 x 15s, 6.5 x 16s, radials, raised white letters, skinny whites, wide whites, blackwalls, etc. Same for Advance Design, Art Deco, and so on.

Another "wall" of the gallery could be a collection of wheels and hubcaps, showing for example Cragers, "wagon wheels", OEM hubcaps, Chinese repops, etc.

Just a thought. I realize it is easy for me to spout suggestions when I'm not the guy having to set it all up. I'm only offering this up as a possible improvement to an already fantastic resource.

Hey Bill. Just build a page like that and submit it as a tech tip. I'm sure it will get put up.

Not a bad idea. I was thinking more on the lines of the DIY gallery, where folks upload their pictures directly to the structure, but absent that, you idea would certainly work.

I'll start setting up a skeleton on which to flesh it out, then solicit requests for submissions. Hope it gets traction (ha! a pun!) and members participate. It'd suck to have a grand total of two entries.

Here is a set I just put on. Tires mounted and riding fine! I bought a barely used set of four Spector Advanta SUV 215/70/16. The diameter matched the 6X16 that were on there.
