Just wondering where the switch for the interior dome light goes?
I thought it was part of the head light switch but the one I have has no spot for it.
Any help would be great.

To my knowledge there wasn't a dome light in the prewar years, but I don't know everything. If there was a switch for the dome light I would assume it would be the same switch that illuminates the choke and throttle controls on the dash, but you know what they say about assuming.

Edit: Actually, I believe there was a dome light for panels and burbs, not sure where the switch is/was. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 49 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 49 | Thanks John.
Anyone else have any ideas?

No dome lights in cab type trucks in 1941-46. | | | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,377 Ex Hall Monitor | | Ex Hall Monitor Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,377 | Cars of that general vintage had two types, one with a "remote" switch on a door pillar and one with a push/pull switch directly attached to the light fixture. I would think either could be made to work.
