I went to the local junk yard and found one that is 1" wider. The rims I plan on putting on it are crager 15x8's. Does anybody think the one inch wider rear end with these rims will rub?

If you have a '56 Apache, then you need to measure the outside-to-outside width with the tires/wheels mounted. If that dimension is over 73 inches, then you may be better off obtaining rims with a 1 inch positive offset (Moves wheel toward centerline - They're all over the place). That's what I had to do BUT mine's a Fleetside. | | |
