Hi, well 59 is on track but now i have to figure out how to mount new swing brake pedals and get around the stock steering wheel/dash support anyone know a good how to link for this i really could use the advice thanks

While I can't tell you how to find a "ready to bolt in" set up,there is an article on Classic Truck Shop called Swing pedal brake & tilt column. They used a newer column, but the fabrication may give you some ideas. I used a swing pedal out of a ford granada/mustang on my 39 Pontiac. It is a neat piece to start with. It has a small booster. I have also used a swing pedal set up out of a mid 80's firebird/camaro. This works best if using a newer column out of the same fb/camaro. Bottom line, you will probably have to fab up someting to bolt to the column mounting holes and weld it to the swing pedal assembly bracket. I have had to heat and bend the pedal arm to curve it around the column also. good luck.

I used one from a Chevy Sprint of all things. It mounts to the firewall, and has a small booster. I had to elongate the mounting holes in a full size truck master cylinder to get enough fluid transfer to the brakes, but it was nothing a "virginia milling machine" couldn't handle!

I also used an assembly from a F**d Bronco II although the pedal assembly bracket is aluminum and so can't be welded to under-dash bracing.
