Would a drive line from a 1955 2nd series and up be a fairly easy swap for my 1954? Everything I have read about seems pretty involved. I have access to a 2003 Blazer S-10 4x4 that I have been thinking of swapping it's drive line into mine as from what I have read this is the rear to use. Just my opinion but you have a pretty nice restored truck there and I think it would be sad to see it modified. Why not find a truck that needs to be saved to modify/rod. Its all a matter of taste and I'd never tell someone what to do, but your truck is really nice and finished. A 55 2nd Series drive line should pretty much be a bolt in.
