Hello guys...I persoanlly do not et too much in to the big trucks, but I see a lot of so-so solid ones for sale in UT...but this one kind of caught my eye, and I wanted to elet you guiys know...
Listed as "beet truck", it is said to run.

Doesn't say much else, but the thing looks really dry...look how long the wheelbase is. Unique one, for sure...? $1300. !!
Anyone follow up, let us know here...looks better than most big ones I see.

Here is a link on KSL classifieds.

I wish it was in Texas. It would be at my place this weekend. The serial number FF454 means it was a 1947 cab over 450 series @179 wheel base and the 129 means it was the 129th off the assembly line. It should have been born with a 270.

WOW !, That is a nice one for the price. Is indeed a "hard to find " 450 series 3 ton COE.

I would pay that in a second for that truck based on the pics. Very nice looking truck. Hope someone from the Bolt snags it. I too wish it was closer, I bet my wife is glad it isn't though.....

I think its one of the old sugar beet trucks that dump to the back or to the side like the old Mercedes dump trucks. I used to haul sugar beets out of Idaho in the 60's.
