I'm getting ready to order the interior for my 54 pick up.I will be ordering the brown color. Seat cover ,door panels ,visors ,armrests.The seat cover will be installed by a local upholstry shop.The question I have that the guy on the phone at chevy duty couldn't answer was what is the difference in color and grain between the different pieces. He claims they come from different sources so there is no guarantee in consistency. He couldn't even tell me if the standard door panel or the deluxe panel would better match the seat cover. Has anybody ordered these parts from Classic Parts that can help me out with my decision? thanks

They do claim that all of the Deluxe parts have leather-like grain and suggest (in a round-about way) to buy all of the std or dlx.

The good thing here is that they have an excellent return policy. I buy everything I can from them because they ship fast and don't haggle over returns.

the only parts listed as std or deluxe are the door panels. The seat cover ,visor ,arm rest, and headliner do not have that option. Did you order the brown? I have gotten all my parts from classic parts so far and have been satisfied with almost everything .thanks
