on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! (i did my car and its one of those things i have a 3rd eye for). i figured out the kit to flip the rear axle, but what about the front? i found drop spindles but only for the C-10's. i figure the back is going to drop about 6 inches (yes i will be doing the c-notch) and im planning to put bigger tires on the back and smaller in front so it only needs to get dropped . . . .4" or so. any one have any suggestions? tryin to keep it as low budget as possible. dont much care if its buying new parts or moding the ones that are already there. (prefer moding whats already there however)

Plus you would get the added safety of disc brakes. If that wouldn't bring it down enough cut one coil off the spring. I would also box the frame in the rear where the C-Notch is at least a foot on each side for strength...joe

Figure out what year IFS you can get lowering spindles for and then upgrade to one of those. That way you can replace all that 40-plus year old bushings and stuff at the same time. The kits are only going to be for disk brake years mostly likely.
