Show,daily driver,workhorse etc.
There are literally hundreds of permutations you can go for,I agree with Cletis though, keep the original frame,and go from there.
I've
never been a fan of 'cutting and shutting' chassis.
If you really have your heart set on changing out the original set-up,one of 'our own',
Scott Danforth does a really nice IFS kit that utilises Chevy parts.

I need some help choosing the BEST and EASIEST front clip on my 52 in order to have good suspension disc brakes. I plan to also put a modern rear end under the truck. any help would be appreciated. It looks like i need to provide more info. I have several options I am thinking about, but the main use of the truck will be to cruise and drive often around town. I have a 69 350/350 SBC built, a 72 402 BBC, a 56 291 Desoto Hemi built and transmission options turbo 350,400 & BW 4spd.
